We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our Workshop team at our Head Office in Forest Glen. Your role will involve managing the fault line and coordinating our field service team to service repairs and maintenance. As a full-time permanent role, this position offers long-term job stability, with working hours of Monday – Thursday from 06:30am to 5:00pm, Fridays from 06:30am to 4:00pm and Saturdays on call until midday. As our Maintenance Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Entering and processing Daily Machine Service Hours, Machinery Repair Data, and Service Data, along with managing daily work orders and service reports. Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance history and job databases, including technical details about plant and equipment. Timely preparation and distribution of programmed Service Schedules to relevant sites. Developing machine-specific servicing schedules that meet manufacturer guidelines and site conditions. Continuously enhancing planning, scheduling, data management, and job reporting systems for improved efficiency. About You: You will bring prior experience in mobile maintenance planning and scheduling, showcasing: Experience (or willingness to learn) in Civil Construction and Earthmoving equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A track record of identifying and implementing improvement projects. Experience in establishing maintenance planning systems and procedures. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Mechanical or Trade qualifications (highly regarded).
