We analyse, design & deploy Operational and Business Intelligence solutions for customers ranging from small to medium enterprises through to large corporate, government, public safety and Telco’s. We are looking for an ICT Sales Representative to join our team Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients globally. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential leads and clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on high-value B2B sales ($50K). Prepare proposals ranging from estimate emails to customers that provide a high level overview of the solution along with budgetary costs, right through to complete sales proposals for full solutions Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive continued sales growth and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed KPIs, demonstrating a proven track record of sales success and high performance. Demonstrating our solutions to customers, including at industry conventions, facilitating customer workshops to understand requirements, and preparing quotations and proposals for software licensing and solutions Conduct research to identify new market trends and client needs, leveraging insights to adjust sales strategies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and sales processes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Qualification: We are looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson with a strong track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have: Relevant qualification At least 2-3 years’ experience in sales, with a proven record of selling high-value products or services. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs. An outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a strategic mindset. Proven ability to work independently and manage both virtual and face-to-face sales. Experience in cold lead generation and problem-solving.
