What you’ll be doing: Act as a technical and functional resource during sales engagement with prospects/customers. Analyse customer product performance data and recommend solutions that will improve efficiency and performance. Identifying trends through customer and competitor analysis and making recommendations for their future technology product strategy. Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop innovative technology product offerings that meet customer needs. Providing technical specifications and business development advice to boost market share and lower operational costs. Experience required: Experience in sales, ideally within the mining and/or manufacturing industry. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and influence new and existing customers. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A solid commercial understanding, working with numbers to facilitate excellent outcomes for the client and customer. Bonus points for experience in delivering presentations, demonstrations & training programs.
