What this opportunity involves: We have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line and work onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon You’ll be responsible for providing facilities administrative support to the operations team. A snapshot of day-to-day duties required; - Ensuring Client satisfaction through excellent facilities management as well as workplace engagement activities planning, advice and support - Conduct facilities management operations audits - Office/ Facility tour and introduction for all new hires - Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget - Finance management and processing vendor invoices and update invoice tracker - Attend Emergency situation and prepare Incident Report and upload the IR to both JLL and client system - Assist with onsite event setup and coordination where required - Management of all faults and queries raised through the helpdesk. - Liaison with the landlord on matters relating to the premises - If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
