We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join this team. In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the supply chain team coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering successful customer outcomes. This opportunity is an on going contract with a view to fixed term employment. About the role Handle all customer requests with care, integrity, and a sense of urgency, ensuring timely resolution; Schedule and track customer requests to completion, maintaining all commitments made to customers; Confirm the accuracy of all keyed orders by reading them back to the customer; Understand customer delivery schedules and proactively communicate any changes; Collaborate with Account Managers to regularly review and update forward orders and delivery schedules; Monitor and manage the status of Released, Shipped, and Attention orders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; Identify and address any exceptions during the release to warehouse and invoicing processes; and Consistently monitor shared mailboxes throughout the day, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed or escalated as needed. About you Proven experience in customer service, logistics, administration role; Highly organised and can meet deadlines; You enjoy being busy and have solid technical skills; Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
