Seaton Place , is a brand new state of the art 128 bed residential aged care facility located in in the heart of the coastal community of Cleveland with ample free parking and transport options. About the Opportunity As an Receptionist/Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home. With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including rostering, admissions, reception, documentation/record management and compliance. This role is permanent part time, working 5 days per fortnight, 9 am to 3pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday week one and Tuesday and Wednesday the second week. About You To be successful, you'll need: Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable) Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills to manage and multiple prioritise tasks.
