Strategic Vision: Enjoy the freedom to implement innovative operational practices that align with New Balance’s standards and drive business success. Regional Influence: Act as the key link between APAC markets and global teams, ensuring seamless operations and consistent brand execution. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine processes, boost efficiency, and enhance the overall retail experience. The Challenge: In this role, you’ll: Develop and implement effective operational strategies that enhance store performance and drive growth. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure alignment with brand standards and improve customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor store management teams across APAC, setting high operational standards and fostering a culture of excellence. Analyze operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly. Partner with Global Retail IT to lead omni channel project deployment in APAC. Manage omni channel KPI’s to target. What You’ll Bring to the Table: 8 years of experience in retail operations or a related field, with a proven track record in global brands. Strong expertise in optimizing operational processes and driving efficiency in retail environments. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams across diverse regions. Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and operational improvements. A solid understanding of the APAC retail market and a readiness to travel frequently across the region.
