The Challenge: In this role, you’ll: Craft and implement impactful training strategies that improve store operations and customer service. Combine creativity with practical approaches to create training that is both engaging and effective. Guide and support training teams across APAC, ensuring consistent, top-quality training. Evaluate training outcomes and refine strategies to continuously drive performance improvements. Identify talent & partner with the markets to promote & grow those associates What You’ll Bring to the Table: 8 years of experience in retail training or a similar role, ideally with exposure to global brands. A deep understanding of retail operations and how strategic training can drive business results. A proactive attitude and passion for talent development, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at fostering collaboration across diverse markets. Familiarity with the APAC retail landscape and readiness to travel frequently across the region.
