This job is an opportunity to relocate to Toowoomba, QLD The Position Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Toowoomba team starting in January 2025. This opportunity will give you diversity across industry sectors. The Candidate Key capabilities include: Oversee construction contracts and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines. Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues. Assist with the procurement of materials across various projects, including delivery to site Draft subcontract documentation Review, develop and administer trade packages scope of work before calling for tenders Assess quotes, negotiate, and provide tender price comparisons and recommendations Handle and evaluate variations and claims with project teams. Requirements: Previous experience in Contracts Administration. Experience working on different commercial projects. Knowledge of Toowoomba/QLD construction market and subcontractors. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
