This is a large, brand new modern facility This will be offered as a permanent full time role with the working hours ranging 6am to 6pm weekdays, with usual work day being 8hrs, with occasional overtime as required, which may include weekends. Christmas/New Year shut down period applies to this site About The Role In this role you will: Act as Supervisor of the site as required in their absence. Manage all outbound orders and supplier returns. Review all customer orders and Transport Tasks. Print Picking Documentation when required. Ensure all UOM's are correct on all orders to accurately pick material from location. Ensure order status are updated accordingly in the system to reflect process. Manage all outbound freight process through incumbent freight providers. Process Order to completion when it leaves the warehouse. Review backorders daily and fulfill when stock is available. Communicate with relevant stakeholders about status of their orders when required. Supervise Warehouse staff and work tasks. Manage Warehouse Supplies. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in a similar role, or experience working in a warehouse and a desire to move into management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Current Forklift and Drivers Licence preferred.
