This position requires a proactive, organised individual who can effectively manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be the backbone of the office, providing high level support to the Business Manager, assisting with project planning, bookings and asset maintenance, some general IT support and streamlining processes to ensure efficiency whilst managing various administration and general office duties. Your role will be diverse, with the opportunity to take ownership of key projects through to completion, and progress to other operational areas in the future. Your responsibilities: This position has broad responsibilities and requires working individually as well as in a team environment. Manage multiple tasks, executing tasks sorting in order of priority in an accurate and timely manner Administration of compliance activities and reporting for quality and document control and collation Identify areas of process duplications and work to improve office operations in all areas of the business Assisting in the management of the Larrakia Development projects portfolio Prepare or assist with a range of documents as required including briefing notes, business cases, reports, presentations, submissions and responses to requests. Efficiently interface with all stakeholders, both internal and external to the business. Provide basic assistance to our clients and customers ensuring they are directed to the right department within the business Build a good understanding of the different programs offered Provide general admin support to the team, which includes but is not limited to: Digital filing, working with PDF and Office documents, ensuring style guides are maintained. Accurate record keeping and maintaining of security and other registers. Perform reconciliations Support of operations team with data and report generation and tracking of items Creating checklists and entering data. General Administrative requirements as requested What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a similar role Professional attitude, with a great communication style Excellent attention to detail. Ability to adapt and multitask Ability to work with all stakeholders both internal and external Current NT Drivers Licence (“C” class or higher) Advanced computer skills (iMac) and Office365 knowledge Knowledge of basic accounting packages and practices is desirable If this sounds like you, apply at the LiveHire Link.
