YOUR Role will include answering and directing phone calls, managing communications with tradespeople and contractors, and handling daily administrative tasks. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, raising jobs, processing purchase orders, and sending work requests to contractors and suppliers. Delivering outstanding customer service to tenants and clients, managing document filing and archiving, and assisting contract coordinators with government contracts will be essential components of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with supervisors, tradespeople, and the accounts team, greet clients in the foyer with a friendly demeanour, and perform general office duties as needed. YOUR Experience: Eagerness to understand the business and grow into the role. Professional and polished appearance. Enthusiasm for upholding high standards and achieving excellence. Initiative to work independently while being a strong team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Outlook, and general internet navigation. Accurate touch typing abilities are highly regarded. Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities. Basic experience in office administration. Strong work ethic, dependability, and integrity. YOUR Opportunity allows you to contribute to a positive working environment while receiving comprehensive training. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm, in Shailer Park. Due to the collaborative nature of the role, work-from-home options are not available.
