More About the Role at Trippas White Group About the role We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive individual who is interested in kick-starting their Administration career. We'd love to hear from you Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your responsibilities will include: - Administrative support to our employee traineeship program across the company. - Supporting the new starters’ processes including preparation of their contracts of employment and on-boarding. - Being the first point of contact in responding to internal and external enquiries or requests and escalating as appropriate. - Supporting payroll with weekly timesheet checks - Supporting recruitment activity - Assisting in compliance activities e.g. visa checks, hours analysis. - Maintaining and updating policies and guides - Supporting projects as required - Assisting in Work Health and Safety administration As the successful candidate, you will have the following: - Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Business or a relevant field - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Proven attention to detail and accuracy - Be self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously and in a team - Experience working in the hospitality or service industry would be helpful If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
