What you will do… As a Sales Intern at Help at Hand Support (HAHS), you’ll be given the opportunity to learn and develop key skills in building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, NDIS service providers, and government agencies. Under the guidance of our leadership team, you will gain hands-on experience in networking and develop an understanding of how partnerships are transitioned smoothly to our operations team. This internship will help you grow your confidence in making connections and contribute to the organization’s success. This internship offers a fantastic learning opportunity, with the potential to convert into a full-time role based on your performance during the training period (03 months - Full time or part time 3 months equivalent – Monday to Friday). Responsibilities: Assist in Sales & Lead Generation: Help develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and stakeholders. Make outbound calls to potential partners, learning how to introduce our services and generate interest. Support in deal execution, demonstrating an eagerness to learn about successful sales transactions. Key Account Support: Assist in building relationships with key partners through follow-up calls and regular communication. Coordinate and manage referrals to ensure excellent service delivery. Skills you will need… We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, who enjoys talking on the phone, networking, and learning new skills. No prior experience is required, but a passion for building relationships and connecting with people is essential. Communication Skills: You’ll need strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals. Self-Starter: We’re looking for someone proactive and motivated to take initiative in their work. Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially within the healthcare sector, is key. Data-Informed Decision Making: A basic comfort with tools like Excel or Google Sheets will be helpful for managing leads and tracking performance.
