With a growing portfolio of high-quality projects, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a $5 Million D&C refurbishment in Brisbane. This project is a commercial facility, which is complex and high-profile, offering an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership and construction management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities for the project, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Oversee the design and construct process, managing site logistics, materials, and schedules. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep all stakeholders updated on site performance. Implement and maintain site-specific safety plans, ensuring a safe and secure working environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with previous experience managing D&C refurbishment projects.
