Your Role & Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your day-to-day duties will include: Managing inbound inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Processing orders, including the preparation and sending of sales invoices Dealing with overseas factories for pricing, availability of stock, purchasing and logistics coordination Assisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Supporting the sales team with vital administrative tasks Maintaining and updating internal databases and spreadsheets General administrative duties as needed Ensuring top-tier customer service is always delivered What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running Ideally, you will have: Outstanding communication skills and a knack for customer service, preferably with office-based experience A positive, driven attitude and a strong work ethic Exceptional organisational skills—you're able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Purchasing experience in a product supply environment is preferred The ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team where collaboration is key Advanced computer skills, with intermediate MS Excel skills and experience with pivot tables and the VLookup function, as well proficiency in database management.
