About the Role In this role, you'll support two esteemed Partners in their Melbourne office. Both are described as being truly fantastic to work for. One Partner specialises in advising on large-scale projects, covering commercial/industrial leasing, development agreements, sales and acquisitions, and property law. The other focuses on large-scale leasing, representing prominent landlords and tenants nationally. Your responsibilities will include: Scanning, compiling and checking contracts; Preparing sale and purchase documents; Conducting online searches; Opening and closing of files and archiving; Data entry; Attending and undertaking settlements; General Administrative tasks. Who We're Looking For We're looking for candidates with experience in preparing and amending leasing documentation, ideally with familiarity with PEXA and electronic billing. Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential.
