(pro rata) Employment Part time - Term Contract (temporary up to 26 Sep 2025) Overview We have a great opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our dedicated team with Barmera Health Service, Barmera, within the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN). The Administration Officer is required to provide high quality customer and administrative service to all areas of the health service including but not limited to, hospital and residential aged care. About You Previous experience working with Medical Records in a Health Care environment. Knowlege of primary health care and community health principles Administration experienced in a Health Service environment. General knowledge of Government Administrative instruction and procedures and relevant legislation. Essential Criteria Communicate effectively both verbal and in writing with a wide range of clients. Ability to work as a team member and contribute positively to a spirit of team cooperation. Ability to work without supervision, utilising initiative and/or judgement to ensure the timely completion of tasks and/or activities as directed. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and to take initiative where appropriate Ability to adhere to instructions, established practices, procedures and guidelines.
