Your day will involve: Maintenance of office administrative systems and data General administrative duties, including processing invoices, credit investigations and resolution of front-end systems updates Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders as required Update and maintain databases Reconciliation of transactions What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to a team in a fast paced and complex environment. The ability to work effectively in a team, positively contributing to the team environment. The ability to work across multiple functions, using multiple systems and with your highly developed skills in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of invoice processes and or financial transactions / reporting. Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with people across all levels of the organisation What’s on offer?
