Your main responsibilities will include: - Set the strategy and plan sales volumes for short and long term along with product allocations with support of a great Sales planning manager - Manage financial performance for new cars business and the agent network - Monitor agents performance and achieve benchmark retail customer experience - Implement and localise all strategic global initiatives from CUPRA and VGA Group - Lead, manage and support team development and provide guidance and direction - Continually monitor market conditions and exploit all sales opportunities as well as identify new sales channels and mobility concepts About you To succeed you will need to be open minded, a calculated risk taker and experienced in: - Extensive market (OEM) and retail experience within Australian automotive - Education within Business, Sales, Marketing or similar along with work experience within strategic sales, sales leadership and/or sales planning and forecasting - Strong practical problem solving, negotiation and communication skills across varying audiences - Proven sales management experience and ability to lead a team of 4 - Providing guidance to networks and clear directives to achieve goals from CUPRA HQ - Excellent attention to detail as well as time management Our Benefits, Rewards and Recognition include: - A culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
