Position : NSW Construction Consultant Reports To: Sales & Marketing Team Leader Job Overview: Based in NSW, you will be r esponsible for securing Construction Sales in NSW, ensure effective use of systems and processes to achieve the annual NSW sales targets which are driven by Markham’s overall and departmental strategy, and enjoy your role along the way with this dynamic and driven team. Responsibilities and Duties: Accountable for regional results Face to Face Sales Calls Daily Face to Face Architect/Engineer Calls as needed Phone follow-up Daily Managing CRM, Outbound, Forecast, Pipeline, & budget Quoting Daily, working with Estimating Letter & Proposal writing Daily working with Estimating Hand over complete project details to Operations once sale confirmed Top quality Email management and quick meaningful responses Annual visits to Napier Preparing and taking part in team sales meetings Focus on profitable projects Working with other team members with crossover sections of sales/project Delegating BCI WEBSITE and check projects Provide accurate and timely reporting as directed Contribute to the greater Markham team through meetings, what’s app and general communication Qualification & Skill Requirements: 5 years experience within a professional environment Good understanding and knowledge within the construction industry Diligent Work Ethic, adaptable and flexible Full Drivers License Strong Customer Focus (External and Internal) Excellent written and oral communication ability Articulate with strong attention to detail Proficient to a high level with: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook SmartSheet Pipedrive Values aligned with Markham BE SURE values Benefits: vehicle, phone, laptop provided upon hire, Medical cover and bonuses available after 90 days of successful employment
