Your new role: Due to internal movement, we have an opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our packaging site in Seven Hills. Warehouse or production experience would be great but is not necessary, we simply need the right attitude to help our employees thrive and reach their goals. In addition, if you have experience in working in disability that would be favourable however, we will support you in developing your skills to make you successful. You will be the right-hand person to our Site Manager, collaborating to offer unwavering support and guidance to our awesome supported employees. This busy position is focused on making the working day safe, rewarding, productive and most of all, fun In addition, as a Warehouse Coordinator you will: Be the star of the show, helping set up the stage for our supported employees by providing them with the necessary tools and products for their tasks. Ensure incoming goods are received in full, meticulously checked, and find their cozy spots in designated storage areas. Emulate a patient teacher, imparting your wisdom to our supported employees as they tackle new challenges. About you: As the Warehouse Coordinator you are a people-person and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you foster nurturing relationships to enable individuals achieve their goals. Your written and verbal communication skills coupled with your attention to detail skills are second to none and this allows you to provide coaching and meaningful employment options to our dedicated employees.
