The successful applicant will be offered a full time permanent position teaching at the school. We invite suitably qualified teachers to apply for the following position: ____________________________________________________________ Co2 Leader of Pedagogy Teaching load The person appointed will have a permanent teaching position in the school and will involve a teaching load . Co2 point “ Leaders of ” positions are offered a contract within a set 3-year cycle as co-ordinator. The current 3 year cycle is 2025 - 2027 All co-ordinator positions are advertised every 3 years within the school and incumbents are eligible for reappointment. ____________________________________________________________ Applicants must: have a current NSW Working with Children Check full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) compliance with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment Teacher Accreditation: Teachers who are appointed to a leadership position, whether new to the position or applying to be re-appointed, should have begun, or will begin to make a commitment to the requirements of the diocese Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead document , Category C (Category E for positions of Catechesis and School Evangelisation), during this next triennium cycle. To be eligible to apply for a (Co2) position a teacher would normally be a fulltime permanent teacher classified Step 2 Proficient on the Teachers Standards Classification. Each teacher in a leadership position (Co2) will participate in an ongoing performance review in accordance with the Diocesan Policy & Procedures for Performance Review of Coordinators. Key Capabilities: Successful applicants in this position would need to meet the following criteria: Experience and willingness to authentically lead Catholic Mission Willingness to lead positively and build the capacity of teachers through a culture of coaching and mentorship Demonstrated capacity to develop one’s self as a leader Capacity and skills to lead others to enable success for all students Ability to lead learning for improved teacher practice aligned to the Science of Learning (SOL) Capacity to lead inclusive and responsive practices Ability to manage effectively A Parish Priest Reference Form is required for applicants who are shortlisted in the roles of Religious Education or School Evangelisation positions for positions over 12 months.
