We have an exciting 2 week Temporary assignment with a FMCG company based in Braeside The Organisation This leading FMCG organisation based in Braeside are requiring a temporary Customer Service Officer to assist them due to an increase in customer enquiries since launching their new Shopify website. This organisation pride themselves on exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and fostering a supportive team environment. Your Role This key role within the Customer Service Team is responsible for guiding and educating customers and clients on how to successfully place orders through our client's new Shopify website. Your roles and responsibilities will include: Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers Assist customers with phone and email enquires Troubleshoot website log in issues Communicate effectively with internal staff Effectively manage customer complaints Ad hoc administrative tasks This role is to work Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm in the office. There is no WFH. Your Profile As a Customer Service Officer with proven experience within your field, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask Exceptional attention to detail The ability to work quickly and accurately. Exposure to large CRM systems and a passion to delivery exceptional service to both internal and external key stakeholders Experience working in a customer service role and within FMCG industry will also be highly regarded. You will have a down to earth nature, and a natural ‘get up and go’ personality. You will be reliable, you take pride in your work and have a confident and professional attitude.
