Company Benefits A rewarding and exciting career Dermalogica Monthly Product Allocation Ongoing training and support The Role The Warehouse Assistant role is responsible for ensuring all orders are picked and packed to the Dermalogica company standard and support stockists to ensure merchandise is distributed within company timelines. The role requires the candidate to be a strong team player, adaptable and flexible with a can-do-attitude. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Follow correct picking and packing procedures using WMS & scanners • Work proactively as a member of the warehouse team at all times and with Duty of Care • The ability to be adaptable and flexible learning new processes and systems. • Processing orders using the EDI system as required • Processing Webshop orders and ensuring all labels and cartons are updated in Shippit • Support stockists to ensure merchandise is appropriately processed and distributed to meet promotional or event activity • Follow systems and processes in accordance with the Dermalogica Employee Handbook • Ensure a neat and tidy work environment always • Adhere to all OH&S principals and standards • Be aware and take personal responsibility for safe lifting practices and ensure manual handling training is completed • Work safely and to consider the health and safety of others.
