This is a rewarding opportunity for empathetic disability support workers to support people in their journey to reach their full potential. We have a variety of casual shifts available in our Coffs Harbour region to work in our Support Independent Living (SIL) homes. The people we support have various intellectual, physical and in some cases challenging behaviours or high needs. If you would like to join a strong passionate team that assists people, we support to build capacity to feel safe, heard, supported, and connected with the community we would welcome you to the United Disability Care (UDC) team. At UDC we will support your personal development and provide training focusing on maximizing client outcomes and a quality service. As an industry-leading provider, we focus on personal care, manual handling/hoisting, domestic duties, meal preparation, medical assistance in an unplanned or emergency situation to ensure that every individual receives the attention and support they need to live a normal life to their fullest.
