We have a variety of casual shifts available in our Coffs Harbour region to work in our Support Independent Living (SIL) homes. The people we support have various intellectual, physical and in some cases challenging behaviours or high needs. At UDC we will support your personal development and provide training focusing on maximizing client outcomes and a quality service. As an industry-leading provider, we focus on personal care, manual handling/hoisting, domestic duties, meal preparation, medical assistance in an unplanned or emergency situation to ensure that every individual receives the attention and support they need to live a normal life to their fullest.
