Both these roles manage all areas of the Black Star Pastry store with key responsibilities across the customer experience, team engagement and performance and ensuring our product and service standards are met. About You Possess 2-3 years of hospitality experience, honing your skills as a great leader. Radiate authenticity and a positive energy. Embrace a mindset of perpetual learning. Uphold the quality and consistency standards that define Black Star Pastry. Oversee the operation of the store, ensuring its smooth and harmonious existence. Oversee activities such as rostering, ordering, team management, and store maintenance.
