You will assist our talented design team with various stages of design and documentation, working on innovative children's playscape projects using natural materials. If you have a background in design or a passion for landscape and horticulture, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills. We value a healthy work-life balance, so we’re offering flexible hours, with the option to work 2-4 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role is ideal for recent design graduates or someone who is still studying eager to establish themselves and expand their skill set in a creative, supportive environment. About You: As a Junior Designer, you’ll bring a passion for creativity and a strong willingness to learn from experienced designers. You’ll contribute fresh ideas and play a key role in bringing design concepts to life. Ideally you will have: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of playground safety standards is a plus, but not essential. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. A desire to grow and learn under the guidance of senior designers.
