About you: - You'll have 2 years experience in managing a team of designers - Passion for identifying and solving user problems - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders - Strategic & critical thinker - Broad understanding of metric and data-driven design - Proven stakeholder management skills - Expert in Design frameworks (eg: HCD and Design Thinking) - Curious, excited by unpicking the complex and ambiguous - Strong of experience in cross functional teams (Product and Engineering) - An influential communicator.
