The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager your responsibilities will include the following: • Track and monitor the progress of work orders, adjusting schedules as necessary • Co-ordination with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure parts are available for production due date • Ensuring all work orders are processed in a timely and all costs are accounted for • Effective administration, documentation, and reporting on all areas of assembly, Sales and logistics. Skills and Experience • Experience in logistics, assembly, or administrative roles within a production environment. • Industry experience with machinery or automotive highly regarded • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities • Strong experience with CRM / ERP systems essential – eg; SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pronto Company Culture The company values excellence and commitment to their product and people.
