You'll lead front-of-house operations, build teamwork within the venue, and be able to wear multiple hats assisting hotel reception and bottleshop operations. Position Description Supervise bar operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflow. Balance tills, reconcile floats, and handle safe balancing and reporting daily. Ability to work across the bar, restaurant, hotel reception, and bottleshop. Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiencies. Position Requirements Previous experience in bar supervision, restaurant management or front office. Experience with RMS and SwiftPos operating systems is highly desirable. Experience in till balancing, float reconciliation, and daily safe balancing.
