The Role: Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to assist with various design and implementation activities across Network & Systems Engineering and Security domains. The Responsibilities: Assist in executing a variety of Technical Administration and Engineering tasks. Perform Systems Administration and Engineering duties across Corporate Infrastructure, both on-premise and in the Public Cloud. Coordinate and collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors. Escalate unresolved issues to vendors or relevant technology teams as necessary, while keeping team members informed during the escalation process. Contribute to decisions that impact the success of project activities and support team objectives. The Requirements: At least 5 years of experience providing technical or administrative support. Strong knowledge of WAN and Internet technologies, including MPLS, SD-WAN, VPNs, and DNS. Solid understanding of Network and Computing principles such as Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Wireless LAN, Enterprise Backup & Recovery, and Virtualization. Proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools. Expertise in enterprise security best practices. Advanced skills in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure services (Entra ID, Intune, AutoPilot), and related technologies. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, Android, and Apple mobile devices. Experience with cybersecurity tools, vulnerability management, and practices. Familiarity with service delivery governance, cybersecurity, and risk and compliance requirements in a technological environment is highly valued.
