About the role Join our innovation award winning Economics and Data Analytics unit (EDA), where we tackle a diverse range of projects from custom analytics for litigation support to applied causality and cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and Agents. Our current focus is on ambitious AI projects aimed at revolutionising the analytics support provided to professional services and legal professionals. With prototypes showing great promise, we are now preparing for deployment. In this role, you will be instrumental in building out the applications deployment stack. If you're interested and the front end / tech stack is well-managed, there's opportunity to contribute to backend AI development. Be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of innovation in AI and data analytics. Frontend: Build and manage the front-end tech stack, focusing on creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces for AI-powered applications. DevOps: Design, develop and maintain the deployment infrastructure in Azure ensuring scalability, reliability, robust logging, and security. Backend integration: Collaborate with backend team to integrate application logic into production environment. Independent work: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables. Problem solving: Resolve technical issues across the full stack. Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes and system architectures. Communication: Strong communication skillset and collaborative mindset. Desired Skills and Experience About you 4 years of experience in software development. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, related field or demonstratable equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies. Experience in working with Python. Desirable technologies/experiences: Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure desirable), Git, Agile development (scrum, Jira, Confluence), database technologies, security best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent critical thinking, a sharp eye for detail and a forward thinker who can adapt, be flexible and deliver high quality results in agile team environment. A collaborative person, who has a hands-on approach to problem-solving and is passionate about digital tools, learning and developing new skills.
