Key Responsibilities : Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during client meetings. Manage and maintain internal systems, including servers, storage, and networking infrastructure (e.g Dell, HP, Cisco). Maintain vendor certifications across key technologies to enhance the team's offerings. Identify and assess client infrastructure to uncover sales opportunities for network upgrades and refreshes. Key Skills : Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure systems. Ability to engage with clients and uncover their needs through technical discussions. Certifications in server, storage, and networking technologies, or willingness to achieve them. Ideal Candidate : Someone with a background as a Systems Engineer , Systems Administrator , or Junior Solutions Architect . A personable team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both clients and colleagues. Driven to find technical solutions that support sales goals and improve client outcomes. Salary & Benefits : Competitive salary between $90,000 - $100,000 Super based on experience Ongoing training and certifications for career progression. This is a full-time office role in the CBD.
