About the role: Reporting to the R&M EIS Team Lead, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Engineer seeking the next challenge. This role will provide subject matter expert advice with a national oversight supporting our E&I Infrastructure across Distribution. Key responsibilities: Strategic Maintenance and Capital Planning Management of Improvement programs Development and Maintenance of Company Standards Support for Project Design, Procurement and Commissioning Champion Hazardous Area Compliance Provide Subject Matter Expertise Troubleshooting and Maintenance Support About you: You have proven experience in a similar role preferable within oil and gas or related industry with a high focus on technical compliance and customer aligned technical solutions with a balance of both technical and practical aspects of engineers. Key skills and experience: Tertiary Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering High Voltage Operator Authorization Certifications Electrical Equipment Hazardous Area Classification, Plan, Design & Manage Certification. Min 5 years’ experience in oil/gas or related industry is preferred Good understanding of requirement for electrical installations in hazardous areas Strong stakeholder engagement Excellent communication (verbal and written) Flexible to travel when required based on Operational needs.
