About the role Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role supports store development and leasing activities. This includes managing store schedules, coordinating handovers, and preparing proposals and reports. They also maintain insurance records, support the Leasing team, and collaborate on process improvement. Key Activities Include: Project Management and Coordination Manage and maintain the group's schedule for Store Closures/Openings. Coordinate internal celebrations of all new store openings. Coordinate the store handover date between construction, operations, legal, and leasing. Manage and maintain the group's store refurbishment schedule. Documentation and Reporting Collaborate with various teams to compile documentation for EAC proposals. Attend EAC meetings and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring agreed actions are followed through. Generate functional reports and prepare information packs for Executive and Board review. Insurance and Records Management Maintain the internal insurance database and provide assistance for claim management. Support the Leasing team in maintaining accurate records of all Leasing activities. Provide overflow support to the Leasing team using Lease Eagle and LawVu systems. Collaboration and Process Improvement Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and support development and leasing initiatives. Liaise with external parties, including Franchise Partners, to facilitate communication. Proactively identify and seek opportunities to improve processes and internal efficiencies. Essential Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a QSR/Retail/Franchising environment. Experience working and liaising directly with project managers and construction teams, communicating confidently and effectively. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy, with a desire for continuous improvement. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work autonomously. Previous experience using Lease Eagle and LawVu would be highly regarded but not essential.
