Now is the time to join this team An exciting opportunity exists for a fixed term full-time Program Leader – Customer Admin & Business to join our team in Moranbah, Dysart, Nebo or Clermont. This position is for a fixed term until 30 June 2028. Reporting to the Manager Business Services, this position provides leadership and ensures organisational due diligence, process and procedural improvement and consistency to support the customer service, administrative, financial and contract management functions of the Business Services Department. To be successful in this position, you will have: A caring attitude, paired with a positive work ethic and demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team to reach a shared goal. Demonstrated financial acumen, contract management and analysis skills. Superior administration, customer service and conflict resolution skills. Experience leading and coaching a busy team, minimum 3 years preferred. Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required. Demonstrated experience in contract development, management and maintenance. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Local Government, at supervisor level preferred. Post graduate qualifications in Contract or Property Law, Customer Service or similar, is desirable. If you are successful in this position, you will receive: $99,922.73 - $118,344.80 per annum (Stream A, Level 6-8) Fixed term until 30 June 2028.
