BENEFITS Cutting edge technologies in use Autonomous culture to come up with solutions Variety of work and Projects, no two days are the same Heavily involved in de-carbonisation Stable, well-established business with heaps of experience in the industry Excellent reputation in the industry sought after employer Employees have long tenures A high level of care, support and commitment to employees Employees are diverse, friendly, and supportive of each other Culture is collaborative and social Management is hands-on, supportive, and engaged at all levels Remuneration offered $ 100k - $ 130 k super Employee Value Proposition RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Unique opportunity to manage projects from end-to-end Develop innovative solutions for customers challenges Deliver concepts, design, prototype, obtain acceptance, complete FEA, then Manage fabrication, installation and commissioning Draft 2D fabrication drawings and 3D models Build long term customer relationships Manage project activities of multiple or large-scale projects simultaneously Minimise exposure and mitigate risk across projects Ensure health and safety are strictly being adhered to Develop, maintain and manage client expectations and are met Progress reports monitoring time, cost, and quality Reviewing and maintaining project budgets and costs Coordination of plant and equipment for fabrication and site activities Analyse profitability, revenue margins, and data sheets Manage actual costs against approved costs Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard ABOUT YOU: Extensive experience working on medium scale projects $10k to $100k Mechanical and Process experience is essential Refinery, Port, Manufacturing, Milling, Marine Project experience Knowledge of Crusher, Clarifier, Conveyor, Fans, Gearbox, Turbine, Boilers Project management capacity and technically competent in complex projects Read and understand and prepare engineering drawings Ability to prepare 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings Working knowledge of Inventor, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360 Advanced Excel skills, MS Project and Workflow Max Physical capability of assisting and directing on-site works Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety practices General site safety induction white card Mechanical Engineering Bachelors Degree If this position is of interest to you, please apply through seek, if you have any further questions please call Garth Wood on 0483 877 213 or email me at garthbarclayrecruitment.com.au NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
