Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate First Aid and Administration Officer to join our team. This crucial role is responsible for delivering first aid to students, managing medical records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our student services. As the first point of contact for first aid needs, you will administer first aid, manage medications, and maintain detailed medical records. Your role will also involve supporting the student reception and broader administrative tasks within the school. Key Responsibilities First Aid: Provide prompt and effective first aid to students and staff, administer medications, monitor student health, and ensure the sick room is maintained. Administration: Keep accurate medical records, manage student medication profiles, maintain first aid equipment, and support student reception tasks including sign-in/sign-out procedures and lost property management. Support: Collaborate with the executive and campus leadership teams, maintain confidential records, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
