This position is an exciting opportunity for administrative generalist who will work across a range of responsibilities including reporting, data entry, HR support more on a temporary basis. Main Responsibilities Include; Team inbox management - monitoring, forwarding and responding Meeting management and room booking for clients Expenses, PO's, and invoices as requested Assisting with presentations, reporting, data entry and database management General scanning, filing and admin as well as other ad hoc duties About you; Experience in a high level Administration position Strong communication skills both written and verbal Looking for part time - 3 days per week Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Immediately available - to start ASAP.
