About the role As Co-ordinator, Projects and Administration Support is responsible for the delivery of key administrative support services across the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Team. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the processing, documenting, development, review and implementation of a range of systems and processes specifically within the Facilities, Assets and Services Department working within the Capital Maintenance Asset renewals team aimed at continually improving the quality and effectiveness of I&O's services to its customers across all campuses Applies appropriate expertise and uses judgement to make decisions where solutions are not obvious, to deliver professional services to meet customer requirements. Sets priorities and monitors workflows and systems within an area of responsibility (i.e., for own position and for a team or section if applicable Co-ordinate email responses, meetings and appointments whilst also ensuring the execution of contractual documents occurs within a reasonable timeframe. Co-ordinate requirements associated with all projects including generating contractual documentation using the Standard templates, Financial Commitment forms, project commencement forms, purchase order and framework creation, invoice processing, collate cashflow forecasting, financial settlements, and meeting agenda and minutes support. About you To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise developed through extensive relevant experience. Additionally, you should possess the ability to innovate and take responsibility for outcomes, as well as the capacity to set priorities and monitor workflows within your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will be required to hold, or be willing to undertake and pass, a Victorian Working With Children Check. What's in it for you?
