About the Role We are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our People and Culture team based in Cannon Hill. Reporting directly to the General Manager of People, Culture & Safety, this role is an excellent opportunity to build a career foundation in People and Culture with opportunities to learn, grow and progress within a supportive team and an innovative and agile company. You will have broad exposure to the elements of People and Culture, assisting the team with tasks including but not limited to: Onboarding and offboarding processes, Preparation of documentation such as changes of conditions, contracts and letters, and set up and maintenance of employee records in relevant systems Supporting employee engagement activities through employee communications and managing internal company intranet & communication platform Managing shared inboxes and assisting with various employee enquiries About you We are looking for someone who is passionate about joining our positive team culture and wholeheartedly supporting our IOR team through the work we do each day.
