ABOUT THE ROLE Due to ongoing growth, we now have an opportunity for a permanent, part time Administration Officer to join our growing and passionate team in Pittsworth. You will be responsible for. Assisting in the timely administering of accounts payable, receivable and payroll including processing purchase orders and entering supplier invoices, processing booked jobs for livestock and commodity freight movements, processing employee timesheets and preparing payroll data, Assisting in undertaking general administration tasks and record keeping practices such as maintaining relevant transport registers and records, maintaining employee records and registers and maintaining timely and efficient processing of shared mailboxes Performing general front office and reception duties; answering/transferring phone calls, collecting/posting mail items, banking as required. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this position you place a strong value on teamwork, customer service and relationships and a general desire to work in the transport industry. You will have prior experience in an all-round office administration role, providing ad hoc support and the ability to resolve issues that arise quickly in a calm and confident manner. You will also bring A high level of computer proficiency including the Microsoft Office Suite and financial software such as AX/Pronto. Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset Experience or understanding of transport logistics (Desirable) Extremely diligent with an excellent level of attention to detail, able to identify and correct errors Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to understand, follow and adhere to processes, systems and regulations Ability to remain highly organised and efficient in managing time working under limited supervision WHY WORK WITH US?
