In this role, you will play a vital part in bridging the supplies and sales operations, ensuring the seamless flow of products from our client’s warehouse to their customers. You will receive initial training and support ensuring professional development within a close-knit administrative team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Weighbridge Administrator / Sales Invoicing Specialist to join the administration team as a Transport & Sales Coordinator. Our client based in Port Kembla provides high-quality products and services to their customers. This role is crucial in managing both the weighbridge operations and sales invoicing processes, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics and finance. Responsibilities : Record accurate vehicle weights for inbound and outbound deliveries. Issue and manage weighbridge tickets/dockets, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Generate, process, and manage large sales invoices based on weighbridge data and customer orders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Co-ordinate site inductions for truck drivers requiring access to the premises. Maintain accurate record-keeping systems for all weighbridge and invoicing transactions. Requirements : Proven experience processing sales invoicing and data entry. Strong understanding of invoicing processes, financial record-keeping, and ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and other relevant software. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with various teams. Willingness to undergo a police check.
