About The Role Join MYOB as an Acquisition Sales Specialist in our team and drive revenue growth by winning new Enterprise / SME customers within the Accounting and Professional Services sector. You'll manage a dedicated portfolio of customers in a specific territory, leveraging both marketing campaigns and your self-driven efforts. With full responsibility for qualifying, pursuing, and closing deals, you'll play a key role in our fast-paced, high-growth sales team. What you'll be focused on Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by creating value for customers and managing the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing Proactively plan, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring effective gap and upside strategies are in place Leverage marketing campaigns to identify and curate opportunities within your assigned territory Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns that align with agreed sales and customer outcomes Deliver professional presentations and proposals using Sales Enablement tools, clearly outlining the customer return on investment Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity, sharing insights to enhance our go-to-market approach What we'd love to see from you A business development professional with 4 years of experience, ideally within a global software or SaaS environment Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and driving high-volume transactional sales Experience in ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management, and/or Financial Services sales, particularly within the accounting or professional services sectors Strong background in campaign-driven sales, managing MQLs, and opportunity management Expertise in value-based selling to SME customers, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Marketing and lead generation experience is highly desirable Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
