About the Role: As our Office and Contracts Administrator , you will be a key support to our operations team, ensuring smooth office management and the efficient handling of contracts. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive base salary of $60,000 super and opportunities for growth and development. You will support the Melbourne team as well as assisting the wider team nationally. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail handling, and meeting coordination. Administer contracts, including preparation, review, and tracking of agreements. Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations. Support the finance team with invoicing, expense management, and accounts payable/receivable. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and team activities. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems. About You: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to contracts management. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in an office or facilities management role is a plus.
