Position Summary Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for business consulting? HCPA is seeking a Grant Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne team. In this key role, you’ll leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth by optimizing grant funding opportunities across sectors such as NDIS, aged care, and healthcare. You’ll engage with existing clients, uncover new business prospects, and develop tailored strategies to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new business within the NDIS, aged care, and healthcare sectors. Enhance relationships with existing clients and drive additional revenue through grants and other funding mechanisms. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that maximize clients’ grant funding potential. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges. Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing HCPA’s value proposition. Stay updated on grant programs, policies, and industry developments to provide informed guidance to clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward targets and objectives. Transition into a senior role with consulting responsibilities, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Role Requirements Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Degree or certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Solid understanding of business operations and sales strategies. Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial but not required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Remuneration and Benefits Competitive salary of $90,000 plus a 5% commission structure.
