We're on the hunt for an outgoing and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. Previous sales experience would be helpful but not a must. You will be a good listener and enjoy problem solving. Strong communication and ability to build relationships is key within this role. You will need a current drivers licence and your own reliable transport. Duties and responsibilities include: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting Spa World products and leveraging affiliate marketing and referral programs. Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Deliver engaging sales presentations to a broad audience, including affiliate partners. Foster and maintain positive relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Secure client deposits and finalize payments, ensuring seamless collaboration with the affiliate network for tracking and attribution. Regularly interact with clients and affiliates to assess their needs and enhance product and program offerings. Maintain detailed records of client and affiliate partner interactions via the CRM system. Effectively address inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and affiliate program details. Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to promote products, service plans, and the Thrive affiliate referral program.
