We are proud of what we have achieved in the Asian food category and are looking for a new addition to our team We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to join our close-knit Sales Support team in Mulgrave This is an entry level position / This is currently a full time position with the option for casual or part time employment for the right candidate Primary Responsibilities Handle enquiries form sales team and provide ongoing support Handle customer queries and complaints professionally in a timely manner Liaise between sales team with other departments (operation, IT, accounts, marketing, procurement, QA and legal) Coordinate meetings for sales staff nationwide Process and keep records of claims from customer and sales team including travel requests, leave taken, sales expenses, sales proposals, price difference, stock issue and etc Maintain and update customer’s database accurately Maintain and update sales team’s call cycle and any special arrangement Maintain product catalogue and promotional catalogue for sales team Update sales team on new products and promotions Generate reports (Deals, MI/PI reports, comp check) Coordinate business plans for trade activities and sales report Assist different Channels in Sales Department to process forecast on annual and ad hoc basic Perform stock and deals management Perform other duties that correspond to your skills, knowledge and ability The above may be subject to change from time to time and be willing to undertake any other responsibility as assigned by management as and when necessary.
