This role is designed to support the Community Engagement and Growth team across a range of fast-moving projects. This role would suit an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant. WHAT YOU WILL DO Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings Develop and maintain spreadsheets/databases for the recording and reporting of information Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes and prepare action sheets for meetings Maintain filing systems; electronic calendars, room bookings and organise meetings Actively participate in continuous improvement of ways of working, processes and procedures ABOUT YOU Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare accurate documentation, including draft reports, presentations, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and spreadsheets with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workloads to meet deadlines High level knowledge and skills using Microsoft Software packages, project workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com, etc.), as well as ability to develop and maintain accurate databases Ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team environment HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
